Film Sizer
Accurate metering, perfect combination od sizing and coating.
A uniform film of adhesive is first applied to the surface of the transfer roll by metering from the metering roll and then transferred to the web in the transfer nip. This method ensures good operating condition, good sizing accuracy, and operational reliability. With the unique groove metering method, the sizing volume can be adjusted by changing the wire rolls wound with different wire diameters, adjusting the solids content of the coating, and adjusting the pressure and speed ratio between the rolls.
This sizer is the key equipment for paper, cardboard sizing, and lightweight coating, it is an electromechanical high-tech product which we made for paper surface sizing or pre-coating by earlist using the introduced pre-metering technology.
