To guarantee quality, we carry out strict control in every aspect and also adopted a quality assurance system over each detail of production, the procedure of design, selection of raw materials, testing, Storing, transportation, marketing, and aftersale service to the whole plant are all operated under the instruction of standard quality control system so that our client can acquire the most quality assured product.

Product Guarantee
All SLMC products have ‘three guarantees’ during the warranty period. If any parts of the equipment require repair or replacement due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace them without any condition for our customers.
The warranty period for the main parts is as follows：
1. Rubber roller surface without shrinkage and cracks, the warranty period is 6 months;
2. The service life of the guide roller bearing is 2 years, and the service life of the drying cylinder is 5 years;
3. If any guide rollers are cracked under normal use, we will unconditionally replace them for customers.
